It is with enthusiasm that we announce the takeover of SERN BALL VALVES, better known by the acronym SBV, by SOFIA VALVES.The purpose of this takeover is to ensure continuity of the activities of SERN BALL VALVES, a company specializing in the engineering, design and industrial production of API 6D design ball valves.

This acquisition strengthens the development and growth of SOFIA VALVES by integrating the design & construction division of ball valves.SOFIA VALVES works on the French market and for Export through its main business Units: By integrating the industrial tool, the intellectual property , the complete range of products and services , the brand name and qualified staff from SBV, SOFIA VALVES is strengthening its products and service offers on the market and guaranteeing SBV customers, users and distributors the supply of all their needs.

This acquisition ensures all customers of the SBV brand the continuity of manufacturing, maintenance, and supply of spare parts as well as the MD ball valve produced by SBV for more than 30 years.

Orders, business and customer projects will be managed by the SOFIA VALVES team, whose workshops and offices are located in Gardanne (13), not far from Vitrolles.

The SOFIA VALVES team has many employees & experts in industrial valves, including some key skills who have made a career at SBV.
